All services must be paid in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via major credit cards, ACH, Cryptocurrency, or other approved methods. Recurring services will be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, as agreed. Failure to remit timely payment may result in suspension of services.

Due to the nature of accounting and tax services, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced. If services have not yet begun and a cancellation request is made in writing within 24 hours of payment, a full refund may be issued at the discretion of Tax Pro Accounting Services LLC.

Our services are provided digitally and/or via secure client portals, phone, email, or in-person meetings. Turnaround time for service completion varies depending on the scope and client responsiveness, but timelines will be communicated clearly in the engagement agreement.

Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing all documents before submission to any taxing authority. You must also keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Tax Pro Accounting Services LLC is not liable for penalties, interest, or other damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client or from delays outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms and all related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All legal actions must be filed in a state or federal court located in Wake County, North Carolina.
